How to unlock the It's a Bird! achievement in Saints Row - Definitive Guide
There are 4 wingsuit challenges that you must complete, you can see the requirements for the challenge if you open the mission app on your phone and click Some of the challenges unlock at different points in the game so if you play the main story you should be fine.
Challenges:
------------------------
Wing It
Terminal Velocity
Shady Oaks
I Can See My House
------------------------
Quick Tip: try to avoid going towards your gang members because you cannot boost off of an allies and it can ruin your streak for bouncing off 6 people in 30 seconds
Edit 1: Wingsuit challenge is not bugged I have also had it only count to 3/6, that's because of how this game shows progress to the player it is just showing it at 50% complete. You just need to be a little faster if you have fully completed the game and just need to bounce off of people

I'm not defending it. I spent hours trying to pick it up and I'm just sharing my experience and my thoughts on how it works. We don't know anything for sure, so to confidently state I'm wrong (and getting 1/3 of the characters in my tag wrong in the process) is misguided at best.

This guide is for people who missed this achievement and got their challenges broken by the co-op bug
The bad news, there's no fix, so You have to start again or wait for a patch and hope that patch also fixes already broken saves.
Obviously, when re-starting, play it on the easiest of easy difficulties to unlock the challenges as fast as possible
- - - - - - - - - - - - -
As Doxlet pointed out, the challenges are:
For the Flying distance, you can grind it out by jumping off Marshal HQ, fly over lake sebastian, turn at the island and land back in front of Marshal HQ
The "bouncing of 6 people in 30 seconds" is not bugged to my knowledge, the tracker at the bottom right only shows 3 (halfway progress) and 6 bounces, if you get 6+ bounces and the challenge is not completed it might took you too long to get all 6
To get a lot of people and clear space, go to Marshal HQ and glide over the park spamming LB. might take you 2 or 3 attempts
The other challenges are self-explanatory, if you can't figure it out, look at the other guides for a more on point guide or comment below. This guide after all, is mainly to work around the bug.

Shady Oaks is unlocked by creating the Shady Oaks venture
the others are unlocked by upgrading your Saints HQ
I Can See My House unlocks last and unlocks after the Good Cop, Bad Cop mission.
To play this mission you need to build 10 ventures and complete 5 of them:
Buying 10 is a matter of buying as cheap as possible, but the fastest completions are important as well.
Getting all Tier 1, Tier 2 and two of Tier 3's ventures is what it takes (you get Jim Robs for free)
This will cost you $1.220.000
so, if you play on easy, I suggest you NEVER buy anything
- - - - - - - - - - - - -
First off, rush through Neenah's missions to unlock the helipad and equip a chopper with a magnet/hook.
You need money for the Venture's anyway, so grinding this allows you to get some cash
If you are really fast, you can go all the way through to the end (ignore Kevin's quest), rushing on easy should go fast enough as you skip all cinematics. Completing the story will get you some cash to buy the ventures. Also, the VTOL is really useful when equipped with a hook
- - - - - - - - - - - - -
The easiest/fastest IMO are:
- - Castle Kraken (unlocked by completing Eli's first side quest mission)
Sandy Kraken will have you fight off 2 hordes of enemies after lighting their beacon.
- - Wuzyerz Repo
Use your Chopper / VTOL to fly out all Repo jobs and bring them back fast and easy
- - Laundromat
No cheeses, but these quick races aren't too bad. Playing on Easy you destroy chasing cops in one hit
- - Eurekabator!
3 easy missions is all it takes
- Jim Robs
once again, VTOL in all vehicles. you need to get out of your VTOL/Chopper and get into the car to deliver, there are quite a few cars though.
- Shady Oaks
6 Insurance Frauds, not the fastest, but easy enough
- The Big One
you need to buy 2 of these expansive venture's anyway, might as well pick the Big One. Easy missions to complete and not too many of them
- - - - - - - - - - - - -
those with - - are highly recommended
those with - are slightly recommended
Bright Future is not on the list as you can't fly in the trucks and driving takes long
Chalupacabra's missions are rather easy, but a bit lengthy
- - - - - - - - - - - - -
Overall, it $ucks you need to do this, but I hope this speeds up the process. and maybe you read this months after this is written and this bug is no longer a concern.
Happy hunting

I can verify that Wing it and Terminal Velocity are both needed, though I also did I Can See My House and Shady Oaks. Here is a video that shows a quick helpful tip on how to Get airtime in Lakeshore North for Terminal Velocity very quickly, as well as one with tips for Wing It and I Can See My House From Here. Hope it helps!

Terminal Velocity
Wing It and I Can See My House From Here:
There are a few main wingsuit challenges in Saints Row that you must unlock if you want this achievement. They are:
- Wing It (bounce boost off people 6 people in 30 seconds & wingsuit off 12 vehicles)
- Terminal Velocity (free fall for 5,000 metres, get 600 seconds airtime in Lakeshore North and wingsuit for 1000 seconds in Lakeshore South)
- Once you unlock Shady Oaks, there's a challenge or two in there related to the Wingsuit too, so do them as well (and complete this challenge)
- And finally, I Can See Your House, which will have you wingsuiting galore.
GLITCHED - It is highly recommended to not play co-op until you've gotten this and Jack of All Trades (or create a back-up save to return to if you do). Co-op is extremely broken and tends to permanently freeze your challenge progress. You'll either need to reload a past save before the challenges bugged, or start a completely new save. Furthermore, at least one of these challenges can refuse to progress even if you've never played co-op, again forcing you to start over or load an old save.
There are three challenges related to the wingsuit that you need to complete. You'll unlock the wingsuit early on, and you'll unlock things like wingsuit bouncing and wingsuit airdrops as you complete the story. You can also unlock and equip the 'Trampoline' perk to make things easier, and don't forget you can boost once per flight with ! The challenges are as follows, note that the units used for the challenges aren't included in game so it could be meters or feet, i'm unsure:

Wing It
- Bounce boost off 4 people in 30 seconds - This can be a little tricky, you'll need a fairly populated area or you can replay a Wingsuit Saboteur such as the El Dorado one and fly from building to building bouncing off people by spamming .
- Wingsuit launch off 12 vehicles - You have two options for this, you can either climb on top of a vehicle (hold ) you are driving and press to launch, or you can press to land on vehicles while already wingsuiting then launching straight back off it. If you are doing this post game, you can set a waypoint on the map and any car you have driven will autopilot so you can easily launch off it.
Terminal Velocity
- Free fall 1000 - I'm not sure what unit this is in, but either way you can either fly a helicopter as high as it will go, jump out and only deploy your wingsuit last minute, or head to one of the rooftop access points and repeatedly jump off there.
- Get 5s airtime in Lakeshore North - Super easy and you'll probably get this naturally, this is the northmost district on the west side, there are numerous staircases you can use to get a little bit of air at a time.
- 1000 in Lakeshore South - Again not sure what unit they're using here. You can use the same methods as free falling except wingsuit the entire time.
I Can See My House
- Wingsuit distance of 5000 - This might come naturally if you enjoy traversing with the wingsuit, if not you can reach the height limit in a helicopter then jump out, repeat as much as needed.
- Winguit 50 near the ground - Simple and there's a good chance you'll get it while going for the other challenges, just keep wingsuiting from weather towers or off cars and you'll get enough.

To get the trophy you need to complete 4 tests with a wingsuit.

Completed many tests, but Shady Oaks did not. The trophy fell out. Therefore, the hint above is not entirely correct.

Let me clarify a little. These are the same tests that are on the phone, task tab, click . With a wingsuit there are 4 such tests
1) Shady Oaks
2) I see my house
3) Final speed
4) Stand on the wing
All these tests open up as you progress. After completing them, the trophy will drop.
1) Shady Oaks
- Rag doll distance 5000
- Accelerate with a rebound, pushing off people 30
- Resurrect allies 20
2) I see my house
- Wingsuit distance 5000
- Low level wingsuit flight 50
3) Final speed
- Free fall 1000
- Spend time flying at Lakeshore North 5
- Fly in a wingsuit in North Lakeshore 1000
4) Stand on the wing
- Accelerate bounce from 4 people in 30 seconds
- Take off on a wingsuit from the roof of a car 3
All these tests open up as you progress. After completing them, the trophy will drop.
