How to unlock the Imp-fanticide achievement in Saints Row: Gat out of Hell - Definitive Guide

The quickest and easiest way to do this is to purchase the summon upgrade (10 orbs) that allows you to hold down the cn_Y button and blow up your imp minions. Just summon and explode and repeat. Good luck

It can also help to upgrade the number of imps you can summon. I upgraded to 4 imps and summoned them 13 times to unlock the achievement.

One of the upgrades of the Summon Arcane Power is the ability to detonate your summoned imps to attack your enemies. By the time you upgrade the imp count, you'll be summoning four at once. Thirteen waves of summoning and then immediately detonating them would net you this trophy.

Having "More Imps" and "Recharge" upgrade cuts the time required for this. Just summon imps, and immidiately detonate them. Rinse and repeat.
The achievement should pop up after 10-15 minutes max.

To be able to kill your summoned Imps you first need to purchase the “Detonate” upgrade for them in the power upgrade menu. Once you have purchase this you can explode your summoned Imps whenever you please by pressing . If you like you can simply summon imps then immediately detonate then to get to the 50 kills. Once you have reached a total of 50 detonated imps you will earn this trophy.

You get the Imps Summon ability from rallying Blackbeard. Once you have the ability go to your arcane powers, select summon then upgrades and buy the [Imp Summon - Denonate] upgrade for 15 Soul Clusters. You have to be level 7 to buy this upgrade. Once you have done that select Imp Summon as your active power but tapping :up dpad: once. Then summon a few by pressing  and then press  to detonate them. Repeat until you have blown up 50.

Don't try to shoot at them - it's pointless

Over time, the ability to “ Detonate Demons ” will appear, you can even upgrade the ability completely and you will have 4 demons, which will quickly make it possible to open a trophy

2) Click and blow up the minions

PS It's best to stand on the roof so as not to raise the wanted level
