Once you have the blast ability select it by pressing
, and collect enough soul clusters to buy the hover upgrade for your Flight Arcane Power. Find a spire which become unlocked a little way in to the story, and give yourself a little room to line up the shot. Do a charged jump by holding
and once in the air, hold 
to hover, and then watch for the missile to come towards you and press 
to use your blast ability to shoot it down.EDIT:

I hovered above my summoned tower with the heat level at 5 and as soon as the spire started shooting flying demons I used the blast ability on the missile and the achievement unlocked.

For this one you need to shoot the rocket from a spire with your blast power. Spires can be found all over the map. If you fly around you get a notification when one is near.
Buy the Hover ability first and set your powers to Blast. Go to a spire and stand directly next to it. Jump as high as you can, hover and aim down to shoot the missile with your blast. Since it's coming straight for you it's not too hard to hit it.

After you unlock the Blast ability I recommend spending a few soul clusters on the recharge in order to make the achievement attempts go faster, although it's not necessary. You will also need the "Flight - Hover" ability to do this.
Now you will need to find a spire which will start showing up after some story progress is made. If you've eliminated them all you will probably need to revisit an old save or join a friend in co-op. Once at the foot of the spire, charge a jump, as you jump aim down towards the top of the spire, and use hover. Right as you begin to hover, fire your blast in order to hit the missile right away. This may take a little practice with the timing, but isn't too hard. If you hit the missile with your blast it will explode on contact and the achievement is yours!

A bit into the game, you will have 26 mini towers/spires on the map that have a yellow core, that you must rip it's heart from to destroy it. They will shoot rockets at you when in their vicinity. What you need to do to get the trophy is shoot one of it's rockets out of the sky. What I did here was get really close to the spire and jump directly above it. Once high enough, hover in mid-air and aim directly down into the spire. As soon as it shoots a rocket out, use your blast power to destroy it immediately and the trophy will unlock.
NOTE: This trophy will be missable if you destroy all 26 spires before getting this trophy. However, I think you can join a co-op game of somebody who still has spires in their game.

a blast power at it. For the sake of ease wait til it's trajectory changes to coming straight at you instead of shooting while it's coming up.
You can also do this with one of your own summoned spires. It won't shoot at you so you will need to get your notoriety up so that it starts shooting at the enemies.

This trophy is earned for shooting down the missile from a spire with your Blast power whilst you are hovering in place. There are a limited amount of Spires in the game, and once you destroy them all there aren't any more, so make sure to do this before destroying them all.
Before you do this you’ll need to have unlocked the Blast ability as well as purchased the Hover flight upgrade. Once you’re ready to do so go close to a Spire and jump into the air, then try to shoot the missile as soon as it is launched from the Spire. If you hit the missile directly you should then unlock the trophy.
