To get this achievement, you need to super sprint for 250,000 meters over the course of playing the game.
Ideally, getting this achievement should come from simply sprinting from activity to activity and throughout campaign missions. However, if you, like me, finished the entirety of the game without getting this, you're in for some grinding.
In general it takes a little over 1 minute of super sprinting to get 1% towards the achievement completion. Or about 1 minute for 2,500 meters. So if you have 50% of this done by the end of the game it will take roughly an hour of straight super sprinting to get this achievement.
The best route I found was to follow the tram that runs through the center island and the north island. There aren't any obstacles and in general you get about 2% completion per each circuit.

You can just run in large circles out over the water once you have the run on water power upgrade. If you hold the left stick up and right and LB for sprint then you don't even have to watch the game. Could probably rubber band it with some patience.

In the stats menu the distance you've sprinted is listed in feet, not meters (US version anyway)- so 250,000 m is approximately 820, 210 feet- so don't panic and think this isn't unlocking

I'm sure most people know this, but you can just get in the water, hold 
and

If you hit 
go to extras then got to stats hit 
twice so you are on page three you can see your distance by super print about mid way down you will need 821,000 ft. (Mine displayed in feet)
