An easy place to grind is within a Hard difficulty Super Powered Fightclub activity, there is one in the centre of the map (Shown in the video) start the activity and complete the first wave.
Now you'll start the second wave which is King Of The Hill, ignore the hill and instead stand on an open flat area. Several menu with bats will continuously come for you and agro to you now which is perfect as these still count as aliens. Make sure you have the Telekinesis super power selected with
and then press 
to pick them up and once again press to fling them away, hopefully they will die upon landing/colliding with a wall as they are low level aliens.You have plenty of time on the counter to get all 100 but if you happen to fail make sure you EXIT the activity to start over else your kills will not count for your challenges (Though the achievement tracker will keep progress)

For this one equip your telekinesis by pressing 
and then target enemies and press 
to grab them with your telekinesis. Once you have them in your grasp you can either throw them against something to kill them or throw them into another enemy to get 2 kills. Doing the latter is faster for the achievement but you also need to throw 100 people for one of the challenges so either way you will have to grab and throw 100 people/enemies.

Telekinesis is the second power you get, and if you are unfamiliar with it, it grants you the ability to carry and throw people and objects with your mind. Activate it with 
, then press 
near an Alien to pick him up, then to throw him a long distance powerfully. To kill them quicker, throw them at the nearest wall. This should kill regular Aliens almost always. Repeat this 99 more times to unlock this.
A very good way to grind this is to load up a virus upload activity that has Genkis instead of Aliens. The best one is in one of Pierce's side quests, you need to kill 101 enemies. These enemies will die in one hit from any super power, so you can get close to the allocated amount of kills then leave the area so it resets the activity. Once the timer hits zero, run back and start the activity again. Another method if you've done this is the hard fight club. The second wave is a king of the hill, just stay out of the area and kill the weak enemies that will flock to you. If you have Enter the Dominatrix, you can also grind kills on the second mission of it. You'll be attacked frequently two cars at a time.
