How to unlock the Saintified achievement in Saints Row IV: Re-Elected - Definitive Guide

After finishing the mission "Zero Saints Thirty", you are able to customize your Boss as you see fit. After selecting the Customize option, the second to last option is "Character Gallery". Select it, choose "Save Character" and then the slot to save it to. Once the save is complete, achievement unlocked.

You can also go to the Character Gallery > Save Character while using any of the character editing stores in the game (Planet Zin, Image as Designed, Rusty's Needles, etc.), or through the Ship Functions menu options in any of the Gateway portals. (Many thanks to BraveZach for the reminder!)

Note the change: it doesn't require you to upload to SaintsRow.com. This just saves it to your profile.

Thanks for adding the second paragraph. I had no idea you could save your character at certain stores and was just about to create a third character just for this achievement.

After completing the mission Zero Saints Thirty you will get the opportunity to customize your character. Once you have made all your changes go to Character Gallery and choose to save your character. This will unlock the achievement.

Note: You don't need an online pass for this trophy.

When you first create a character, the very bottom option is "Character Gallery". Choose this option then choose to "Upload Character" but on the PS4, use the "Save" Option. Your character design will upload/save and the trophy will unlock. If you missed this when creating a character, just go to any clothes store and you can do it from there.
