Saints Row IV: Re-Elected

There are four districts in virtual Steelport; look at the map, zoom out and you can see all four distinctions. Hack every store, kill every target, do every activity.

However, this solution is more about the Buggy flag. There is a very real possibility that this achievement will not unlock and the achievement tracker will say Half Way Home reaches 1/2 districts twice. This is fine. Annoying, but fine.

You will have to wait until you've completed all four districts. To doublecheck, go back to the map and highlight the ocean in a corner. If it says 100% Steelport in the top corner, you're done. You likely also haven't unlocked How It Should Be, only getting to 3/4.

Save the game, then go back to the dashboard, press and select Quit to completely shut the game down. Restart the game, select Campaign, and load the save you just made. Once the game is reloaded, both achievements should pop. This has to be done at 100%; save, quit, and reload doesn't work until you've done everything, for some strange reason.
