How to unlock the The Challenge King achievement in Saints Row IV: Re-Elected - Definitive Guide
General Guide
There are a total of 66 Challenges. I found a good guide here, which gives suggestion how to do some challenges:

Vandalism
For me the tank vandalism gold medal was realy hard. You should do the christmas vandalism from the addon instead (Already included in Re-Elected). This will count as "vehicle vandalism" for the main game and is realy easy. If you go out of houses, you can get points from the enemies.
For foot vandalism, simple skill your power, so you make damage when simple running. Then run. And run. I got a multiplier > 900x with this tactic and about 10,000,000 points. Not sure if this also works in single player, but i think so. I have done this in Coop.
For telekinesis vandalism same tactic like foot, but you should hold the ball with the electric telekinesis.
Stuck at warden kills?
(Credits to Casyle):
For some reason my counter got stuck at 27/30 and would not budge. Eventually found out that using the fire buff to kill the warden got the counter moving again. However, super powered allies can screw this up if they take down the warden's shields with one of their abilities, so if your counter is sticking this is best done solo. Just make sure to use fire buff and only fire buff.
Update (Credits to Der1cho):
I changed the element of the buff to lightning and the counter resumed, even then I had to check after each Warden kill to make sure it counted.
In the end I had to change the element at least for each warden which made it very annoying considering the time to build the notoriety, hope the Warden doesn't "despawn" in the middle of the fight or decide to fight me invading their personal space with button mashing. So keep an eye on the counter, shame they didn't add the challenge tracker in GooH.

If anyone else finds their warden counter stuck like I did this might help. For some reason my counter got stuck at 27/30 and would not budge. Thanks for the comment. I have added it to solution.

This game has been out for a while but I figured I would add to this solution section for those who, like me, download this game using the game pass. If you have access to Enter the Dominatrix or The Saints Save Christmas, you have an easier method to get the kill challenges complete, and a shortcut for two of the activity challenges. The gingerbread men and gimps in the expansions count as aliens and therefore, count as easy enemies to grind on for the kill challenges. Be wary on the Dominatrix expansions however that not all the missions give you access to the superpowers as you "learn" them throughout the course of the mission line. As for the activity challenges mentioned: The Genki Holiday activity and naughty and nice activity count toward the challenges for Genki MOM and vehicle mayhem. I point this out because from what I can find, many people have issues getting gold on Genki MOM hard. If you complete the first Genki Holiday MOM on gold, the game will count it toward your golds on the normal MOM. The same is with naughty and nice and vehicle mayhem activities, but not as many people have issues with that challenge from what I can tell.
This isn't a direct walk through for all challenges, but it should make it a little easier to do some of the challenges if you haven't already.

If you run into issues post-game with portals not spawning anymore you won't get any more murderbots. Work around for this is to either join another person's game or play the 1st mission of Dominatrix DLC. The DLC missions can be replayed (unlike the rest of the game's missions) and can be used to farm CIDs and Murderbots.
Best place is right at the end of the 1st mission. When you get to the objective marker at the end of driving the tank, don't go up to the door. The portals will continue to spawn Murderbots and CIDs forever. If the portals explode don't worry, wait a couple of minutes and another one will pop up and spit out a couple of Murderbots for you. Of course, you'll have to deal with all of the other enemies too but I never got a Warden and was able to mop up the 20+ Murderbots I was missing and the rest of the CIDs too.
Other quick tips, the superpowered fight club on hard is the best place to farm super power kills. Milk the king of the hill round until time runs out. When it says you failed, don't retry. Exit mission instead so your progress is saved and then you can restart the activity from the sidewalk.
Inflato-ray kills will jack your notoriety really quickly. You can use this in the main sim to farm wardens faster but if you've already gotten your warden kills and just want to farm the weapon kills, mission 2 in the dominatrix DLC is the best place to farm weapon kills. When you get to the first objective outside of the friendly fire, just hold the intersection and stick with one weapon until you get all of it's kills and then move onto the next one.
NOTE: The Minigun, Grenade Launcher, and Flamethrower kills only count in the DLC. Kills with these outside the DLC will not count for their achievements.
Mechsuit isn't avialable in the DLCs. And only "aliens" count for this kill tally. You'll probably want to invest in the faster notoriety decay so you can keep your notoriety going and kill more aliens before fighting a warden.

"NOTE: The Minigun, Grenade Launcher, and Flamethrower kills only count in the DLC. Kills with these outside the DLC will not count for their achievements." This part is incorrect, they count outside the DLC, I just went to flashpoints or virus' to get my kills with the guns.

There are a total of 65 challenges to complete in the game. These include getting golds in all the activities, getting kills in certain ways or with certain weapons, and some other misc challenges such as travelling distance. You should get about half naturally, while some you might have to switch up your style for or are a grind. For kill grinding, you can use the same tips mentioned multiple times before. A lot will come naturally.
There are 66 challenges. Go to the challenge guide here for tips on how to finish each challenge.

I would recommend doing all tests with getting kills from a certain weapon or ability in the Virus Input which is located in the image (clickable). Why there and not in the arena? Because this goal has one wave, you need to kill 101 enemies and a lot of Genki Professors appear who have very little health, i.e. It won’t be difficult to kill them even with a weapon that hasn’t been upgraded, and besides, they themselves don’t have firearms. As soon as you score 80-90 kills, we go beyond the red circle so that the task is canceled and repeat the procedure. Absolutely all kills count, they are counted as aliens, so you can even easily get 1000 kills with combo superpowers.
You can also easily get kills for DLC No. 1 there.
The only problem . If you pass it, the target will disappear. If you completed it before reading the hint, then don’t despair, there is another similar task in the simulation, but unfortunately I don’t remember its location.
+ topic on the forum with descriptions of the tests.

Rifts are an order of magnitude easier on easy difficulty.
Also, on an easy difficulty level with max leveling, the character can be said to be almost immortal and is dropped many times less (which is infuriating).

There is a bug with the challenge in co-op. If you are playing with a friend and you are the host of the session, then you and only you must turn in the quests, otherwise you may get a bug, as happened to me
I don't know if there are any other bugs associated with this. It turned out that my friend and I had already completed the game and completed many tests. The only test left is how to kill enemies with the Stomp. Element: Drying . A friend had this element, but I didn’t. I had to play through the entire game almost from the very beginning.

There are incomprehensible tests such as:
1. Kill with a doublet (this is a rifle called PINBOLSHIK)
2. The aliens are defeated by a super blow (approach the alien, press R3) without running
