This is an unmissable achievement that you will get as part of the main storyline.
The achievement will drop after you've gone through the screens at mission completion for 'Welcome Back'.
Note: Clown Syndr0me has reported a glitch (as of 15/9/13) whereby the final mission of the game could be accessed prior to completing some of the earlier missions, including this one. For this reason, you should make sure you save regularly and run multiple saves, just in case!

This is part of the main story? I just did the grande finale and havent got this one yet.

Okay I figured it out - Kinda.
For some reason I was able to access the final mission half way through the game. It wasnt on my quest list but when I was on the ship I was runnijng aroujnd and found a quest start point near the computers and just went for it. luckily I saved before hand. I reloaded my save after the credits rolled and that quest is no longer avaliable!
So yeah, for some reason it glitched and gave me access to the final mission. I wondered why certain characters were suddenly on board the ship with no story behind it.
