I just changed the style/skin of each weapon category to Saints Purple, though it could be any other style as long as it's not Default. The weapons you have to change are: Melee, Pistol, SMG, Shotgun, Rifle, Explosive, and Special. I did the changes at the Friendly Fire gun store. The achievement should unlock once you exit the menu.

Where do you find explosive weapons to pick up? I'm about halfway through and I haven't spotted one yet.

I'm not sure, but I got the alien RPG early in the game. I read a post that said elite zin drops the RPG. Maybe they appear when your notoriety is high, or only for certain activities. If I find out, I'll update here

Difficulty: 1/10
To get this Achievement, you change the style of 1 weapon in each of your weapons slots on the radial.
First you'll want to head to the nearest Friendly Fire (Gun Store) and then open the menu and select Upgrade. At the top you'll notice Style, then Customize underneath it. You will need to customize the appearance of one Melee, Pistol, SMG, Shotgun, Rifle, Explosive, and Special Weapon. Once one of each has had a new skin change, back out of the Friendly Fire Menu to unlock the Achievement.

Once in the store press
and open the 'Buy/Upgrade Weapons' menu, then choose a weapon in each of the 7 slots and press 
and 'Customize'. The customisations are free so choose which ever you like so long as it changed from Deafult.
The 7 slots you need to customise are:
Melee
Pistols
SMGs
Shotguns
Rifles
Explosives
Special
Note: you are given a weapon for all bar the Explosive and Special slots but you will be given those weapons later on so don't waste your money buying one just for this.
