Freeze Blast is the first Super Power attack you receive. It's activated using the button and it freezes enemies, immobilising them, and leaving them vulnerable for a short amount of time. Freeze an Alien with , then quickly shoot or melee them before they unfreeze. If it comes up with Alien Kill and Shatter Kill, you've done it right. Repeat this 99 more times to unlock this.

A very good way to grind this is to load up a virus upload activity that has Genkis instead of Aliens. The best one is in one of Pierce's side quests, you need to kill 101 enemies. These enemies will die in one hit from any super power, so you can get close to the allocated amount of kills then leave the area so it resets the activity. Once the timer hits zero, run back and start the activity again. Another method if you've done this is the hard fight club. The second wave is a king of the hill, just stay out of the area and kill the weak enemies that will flock to you. If you have Enter the Dominatrix, you can also grind kills on the second mission of it. You'll be attacked frequently two cars at a time.
