EDIT: Some people have said this method no longer works, while others are saying it still works fine. If you can't get it to work for you, I suggest reading through the comments and trying to figure out what you're doing wrong, because people are saying that this HASN'T BEEN PATCHED.

ORIGINAL POST: WAY easier way to get this: once you've unlocked a flying vehicle for your vehicle delivery service (accessed through your phone), simply go to the roof of Three Count, jump into the air, call for your vehicle from the delivery service (i used the Void vertical take-off). You'll be transported directly into the vehicle and you can just fly directly to the roof of the Nuke Plant! Hop out of your vehicle, but make sure the vehicle lands on the roof with you, because if the achievement doesn't pop, you might need to hop back into your vehicle, fly it back over to the roof of Three Count, and jump out onto the roof here too. THIS is what made the achievement pop for me. Saves you a LOT of time and effort!

EDIT: Some people have said that the achievement pops for them without even setting foot in the reactor. All they needed to do was land whatever they were flying and that was enough to set it off.

This is the easiest way to get this achievement first get to the building and climb to the roof then jump straight off the front after you jump go to your phone and get a flying vehicle that you can spawn in midair so you don’t hit the floor and fly to the Nuke Plant If you liked the video please remember to leave a rating,

For this achievement you should run the walls from 3 Count to Nuke Plant and you cant touch ground or rooftops. Watch my video doing this

After unlocking this today using the excellent videos above I can confirm it has not been patched. It does however also work in reverse. After hiking out of my aircraft before and landing on the roof,nothing unlocked. However I thought I would retry and jumped up,spawned into a craft using my phone and flew to the 3 counts building. When I passed there front door,still flying, the cheev popped. So if you mess up doing it one way just do it in reverse and all should be good

I find its easier to go from the Nuke Plant to the 3 Count because of the Nuke Plants higher elevation. The Nuke Plant is in the top left of Stanfield (Burns Hill), and the 3 Count is located on the south most area of Carver Island (Port Pryor). Once on the roof of the Nuke Plant set a waypoint for the 3 Count Casino, now get a running start and jump off the Nuke Plant now glide your way across the city running up buildings and smoke stacks (making sure you don't touch any roofs along the way). As soon as you land on the 3 Count's roof the achievement will pop, congratulations!

Jump from the 3 Count Casino on the southern edge of the far left island to the Nuke plant on far top of the left island. Just jump and called for a flying vehicle

Complete the epic jump quest from three count to the nuke plant. If you happen to touch the ground or the rooftops at any point, you'll have to start from the three count again. Some gamers found it easier, but I personally unlocked this the old fashioned way (by jumping and gliding). Achievement/trophy pops once you reach the nuke plant without touching the ground or other rooftops.
