How to unlock the He's Still on the Naughty List achievement in Saints Row IV - Definitive Guide

During the final holiday mission, "The Santa Clawz", you will start flying Sleigh One to deliver gifts and coal in Steelport. Fly out to Magarac Island where Zinyak's statue is (off the South Eastern coast of the central island) and fire gifts (press LT) into his outstretched hand until the achievement pops.

It's not the "southern tip of the central island," it's the star-shaped island with what would be the Statue of Liberty. That was a super misleading direction for those of us who don't have great memory recall. I was looking around the southern part of the big central island for ten minutes.

This was annoying because the screen gets very blurry when you get too far from the mission area. Thanks for the guide though!

No, the "visual blizzard" only occurs based on how HIGH you go. Just go lower and you'll see fine.

This achievement is obtained on "The Santa Clawz" mission of the "How the Saints Save Christmas" DLC.

As soon as you start the mission set a way point to the star on the south west of the map. Once there shoot presents at the Zinyak statue using the alternate fire.

Mission - "The Santa Clawz"

Mission Plot - You are tasked to take over for Santa and deliver presents to the nice children and coal to the naughty ones, all in the hopes to defeat Santa Clawz and save the simulated Christmas.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What to do - When the mission starts you have the wonderful job of being Santa for the night and must deliver presents and coal around Steelport. Forget that and fly straight to the now Statue of Zinyak at the bottom right of the map (it's the big star), and shoot Zinyak with your present cannon until you get the achievement.

Find the statue of Zinyak to the south and fire presents at his hand that is raised in the air to unlock this trophy.
See video if you are unsure of the statue's location.

The Zinyak statue mentioned in the description is on Magarac Island. It is the same island where you controlled the gigantic statue to fight against Paul.

In the third mission, you'll be flying a sleigh ( works the same as the alien vtol). Zinyak will not be marked on the map, for this you'll need to fly towards the big statue of him on the star island in the south, and shoot presents at him using . This one took a while to unlock, keep shooting until you get the trophy.
