if it helps at all and your like me....you have plenty of cash from everything else you have been doing in the game. might as well upgrade your gun in that friendly fire to speed things up.

I found they huddle around the car for cover and the car exploding steals your grenade kills more often than not.

Wait till they get out, tele grab car, throw car out of blast range and then fire the grenades.

You can get all occupants in one go this way speeding the grind up 2-3 times faster once you get a rhythm going.

The Grenade Launcehr is a DLC weapon part of the 'Enter The Dominatrix' quests and is given to you right at the start of the first mission.

The easiest place to grind kills out is near the beginning of the second mission called 'Meet the Dominatrix', once Shaundi and Pierce are kidnapped you will get a 1 bar heat level and will be next to a Friendly Fire, so this is the perfect place to grind kills as your wanted level will not rise, no Wardens will show up and if you need to you can buy more ammo at the Friendly Fire.

Enemies will continually show up in groups of 2-3 cars

Note: Kills by blowing up the cars do count.
