The C.O.P.S. of Season One have returned to work with Pimp Le Car, a car workshop to the right of Stinky's Diner. Ask them to work on the DeSoto and they'll give you several options, many of which are unusable. The only one that truly matters is getting the Horseman of Death as a hood ornament, which you can remove after getting it placed on. The challenge of this trophy comes in running over Torture Me Elmer dolls in the AR racetrack. What I would suggest, to satisfy this as fast as possible, would be to either zigzag between the middle of the road and the left sidewalk, or just the left sidewalk in general. Either way, you'll make the obsolete happy and get something for your hard work.
