This can be unlocked on level 1 of chapter 3. This is when you will have a shadow version of Zee. Just press 
to make them begin moving throughout the level. They will walk into the wall ahead of them, turn around and run off to the left where they will get killed by the vines. If you haven’t already, you will unlock another achievement for that as well.

The first level you can get this achievement is Chapter 3 - Level 1. This is the first level that involves both versions of Zee. Simply load up the level and press 
without having placed any pieces. Both versions of Zee will walk off the left side of the screen and die by vines, unlocking this achievement as well as "Strangled" if you didn't already have it.
