I’ve had this confirmed by the developer.

To complete this achievement, enter level 1 of chapter 1, as this will be infinitely quicker. Then pause the game and select the option to inverse and complete the level. When entering subsequent levels, DO NOT select to inverse again. It will keep all levels inversed until you change it back. Don’t make the mistake I did and change it every level.
