Samurai vs Zombies Defense

You can earn the revives by either winning them on the slot machine game, finding them in various gift boxes dropped by zombies or purchasing one live for 5 gems. Once you have a revive all you need to do is fall on the battlefield and a menu will prompt up asking if you want to use you revive simply use it and the achievement will unlock.
