Play through Story Mode until you beat the "Love and Fear" campaign, which will unlock an alternate costume for Koshosho. You might find another costume first if you're not playing the campaigns in the order they're listed, that's fine too. You can also buy costumes as DLC.
In any mode, highlight a character on the character select screen and press Square to change their costume. The trophy will unlock when you start the stage.
