You will unlock this trophy during the mission “Rescue Mission!” After you have established yourself in Forest Land and made a settlement at Trikke Camp, you will trigger a cutscene, after escaping the military complex and getting back to Trikke Camp. Once this cutscene is finished, the Ann’s Confession trophy will then unlock.
