The Guardian of Chapa is a random boss encounter, a big lion in a very grumpy mood indeed. You will this unhappy fellow in Sand Land at the location marked here:
I found the Hovercar the best one for this, although the Battle Armor is always good, if you prefer to get up close and personal. Either way, it’s lunging attacks are easily avoided. Once you have beaten the Guardian of Chapa, the Enemy Down trophy will then unlock.
