You unlock the Interior Designer by acquiring 100 pieces of furniture for your room. You can do this by finding furniture while you’re out exploring, and you can also buy furniture from Lutemis’s shop – which she sets up in Spino. (See My Own Room 
.) Once you have bought or acquired your hundredth piece, the Interior Designer trophy will then unlock.
