How to unlock the My Own Room achievement in SAND LAND - Definitive Guide

You need to first complete the side quest “Light on the Hilltop,” which you can find here:
Once you’ve finished that quest, Lutemis will come and join your settlement at Spino, and she will open a furniture store. This is where you need to go to purchase a room; the cheapest one is 10,000 Zeni. Once you have purchased a room, head to the garage and to the back wall inside. There’s a steel door there, and if you hold
then you’ll access your room, and this trophy will then unlock.
