Side quests are indicated, on the map, as little question marks, and you can see them on your HUD as you run around. There are lots of these, notably in Spino, which is your homebase. Go up to one of these question marks and press 
to talk to the quest-giver. Once you have finished the quest, the People Pleaser trophy will unlock.
