While you are going for some of the mercy rule games in story mode this should pop up along the way. If anything else it should be relatively easy to get with your custom player that has maxed stats in story mode at some point.
If all else fails, you can always do this with two players in the pick-up mode and just keep bunting with the player you want to get the four hits with. Shouldn't be too difficult either way.
