The computer is pretty tough to get a walk off of. I would recommend playing a pick-up game against a second controller and just throwing balls with player 2 while not swinging with the main profile. Once you've thrown 4 balls, you'll get a walk and the achievement will pop.

Just aim to the right of the batter to miss the zone were the ball need to fly in between. No need for full speed/power.
