This is a really easy achievement, if you are playing against a second controller. It is actually a lot more difficult when playing against the computer even if they are on easy. I will explain how to get the achievement below with the second controller method.
The First controller (The one getting the achievement.) will be at bat. The Second Controller will walk the first batter. Once they are on first base, do not let the second controller throw a pitch, just put the controller down. The first controller will now just steal second base by hitting up on the D-Pad. Now you want to steal third base by hitting left on the D-Pad. The achievement will pop once your player slides into second.
You can then have the player steal home by hitting down on the D-pad for the Grand Theft achievement.
