You should get this while playing in story mode, I did at least. By spome chance you did not get it before you finished story mode start up a game with 2 controllers. Make it a 9 inning game with mercy rule turned OFF. Have 2nd controller be away so they bat 1st. Keep getting hits (butting for a single or bunting for a in part HR, choice is yours) Once you get 3 power ups press LB on the 2nd controller. If you get the power up with the dynamite sticks icon you know you got the correct power up. Just bunt the ball with the 2nd controller and with the 1st controller run towards the ball. Once your close enough the ball will explode. As soon as that happens you'll see the achievement unlocked notification.
