Garcia Manor is the level you'll aquire Jorge. His level is good for hitting triples or long doubles. If you hit a ball into the fountain you get an automatic triple. Every time I played the level was near the end of story mode and I had all the all-stars but him. This could make it a walk in the park (or manor, harharhar), by just holding UP+B to hit homers like nobody's business.
I never even got down enough in the order to pitch against him. Usually run ruling him after the first inning by scoring double digits in the top half. He should be easy enough whether you have all the all-stars or not, just practice pitching inside and stroking the gap when batting and you'll have this done in no time.
