This was the trickiest one to get for me. You have to get a character caught by the creature while that character is using the phone. The problem is that the action of the game pauses when you are on the phone, so you have to get the timing just right. You might be able to use Sergio for this, as he has a portable phone he can use anywhere that receives signal, but I didn't have any luck with that.
What worked for me was going to the mines entrance and using the bolt cutters on the lockers there to sound an alarm. The creature will appear at the door and start coming at you. Immediately run from the lockers to the phone up the stairs at the back of the room and wait facing the phone. The hunting noise will get louder and your screen will get a red hue to it that darkens as the creature gets close. Press circle to use the phone when you feel like you are about to get snatched and call the villa (or wherever your other characters are currently). If done right, you should hear your character scream when the phone is picked up.

Thank you! I couldn’t get the monster over to the mine entrance phone. He kept getting stuck on the landing between the wall and rail. But I didn’t know that you had to call another character so the scream would come through, so that was super helpful.
I eventually got it by ringing the church bell and have the monster follow me to the nearest phone booth and I called the villa just as he was a foot or two away from me.
