You can find firecrackers throughout the town in the course of the game. The best places to find them are Claudia's bedroom and the school. Remember if you aren't having any luck finding certain items you can always reshuffle the town, which resets all lootable containers. (It also counts as a game over though, so use what you do find before reshuffling as you will lose any items/tools you've picked up this run.) There are garbage bins all over town, usually on the sides of buildings, that you can use the firecrackers in. There are a few other places you can use them too, like lit fireplaces, but you will find more trash bins. While you are being chased, use firecrackers in the bins five times. This can be a little tricky if you don't have the timing right, so you may need to use more than five firecrackers before the trophy pops.
