This does not have to be all in one run. You will most likely get this just by playing normally. It is worth noting that there is an option to turn on infinite matches in the accessibility options, but using that option will turn off trophies. So you need to find/buy 100 matches over the course of playing (and use them, obviously) to get this one. Remember you can reshuffle the town to reset the lootables if you completely run out.
