At the start of the level, once you reach the top of the first wall you have to climb, if you look to the left of you, you'll see a "glitched" scroll quickly pop on screen and then disappear. You can also do the entire level normally and then turn yourself into the scroll right before the last jump.

If you missed this in your regular playthrough, there's a much easier way to do this rather than doing the entire level.
After you beat the "Secret Ending" and get the achievement "For Debugging Purposes Only" you get the ability to hit
and change to any color of ninja on the fly and use their abilities.
If you have this ability, you can easily start the level, switch to the green ninja, double jump onto the scroll platform, let the fire lower, switch back to the black ninja, drop down and jump and teleport over to the scroll. Once you've changed to the scroll, hit to switch the color of the scroll to Green. You can now immediately double jump.
Jump back onto the platform, then up to the Scroll's platform (the exit) BUT I made sure to hit a couple times to make sure I turnt back to the Brown Scroll before exiting and it popped right away
