How to unlock the Seppuku achievement in Save the Ninja Clan - Definitive Guide

I got this on the Hub for World 1. Towards the back of the hub (for Levels 1-8 through the boss) is a flinger platform. If you throw a kunai right when you hit the flinger. You can be just in line with its timing to be hit by it. I also found you throw it in midair after being thrown and be hit in midair.
