On Level 2 after you kill the second enemy there will be a dark spot on the hill next to a tree. Head left through it and you will walk through the bottom of the level and fall off the level.

At level 2, when you jump to the place with the circular saw, go left, there will be a blinking cave, go into it, fall down, go left and get the trophy
