Unlocks after finishing Level 19.

There are 34 levels in the game, so the achievement should unlock after finishing level 17. However it didn't unlock for me until after finishing level 19.

It actually should pop after beating level 17. There are 34 levels in the game, and 17 would be half of that.

Beat 16 regular levels plus the first boss and it popped.

I got this after beating level 19.... but didn't get the level 19 crash achievement. Odd.
