there's also a shovel in the 6th chapter, you'll come to a basement where you have to view a room through a peek hole. it's right in the corner of the room

Great solution. Nearly missed this, literally just got to the section afterwards and then reloaded from the previous checkpoint to get it!

There is also a shovel in the large open room in the 6th (Jeff's) Chapter before you come to the place where you choose your path to the left or right. When you first enter this large room look to your right from the door you entered and the shovel will be laying on a desk in the dark. Hold onto it until you come across someone to beat down with it.

Load up section Melissa 3-8 which starts you just in the house and about to enter the graveyard.

Exit the window and down the ladder then proceed to where the two guys are fighting. Grab the shovel, (near where they are), wait until one of them kills the other, then hit em hard twice and acheivo should pop.

You can also get the killed by fire achievement as there is a lighter and molotovs in the graveyard as well.

In Melissa's level, you'll enter a graveyard to find a specific grave. There are several Shovels leaning against the gravestones.

Melissa, 3-8: There are two shovels in the graveyard area.

Jeff, 6-3: This shovel is on a desk to the right when you enter the auditorium area where you need to go either left or right to find a lightbulb.

The shovel can be found in the sixth chapter (after liberating Obi), kill an enemy with it and get the achievement.

The shovel will also be found in the cemetery where you need to find the key in the mined boxes.
