Table lamps can be found in a few different places during the campaign, but the first one is sitting on a table in level 2-4 after you find a dead body. Just pick it up and go to work on the minion. TIP: I had trouble with this one the lamp kept breaking before i could kill the minion, so i put the lamp somewhere safe hit them with fists a few times then went and grabbed my lamp and finished them off and the achievement popped. : )
