Complete the Reverse Bear Trap and start wandering through the halls. You'll save a guy and yourself by working together to prevent bombs from going off in a chamber. Continue going through the halls until you reach a ladder. Start climbing the ladder and you'll get a short cutscene where you see Pighead. Achievement pops at end of cutscene.
Mendel, linglingzors
During the first level, climb the ladder. There will be a brief cutscene, and you'll get the trophy.
The, Pants, Party
This will occur automatically while climbing the first ladder you come to in the game.
