"Don't do this at home*
"Injury your rider to retirement." (sic)
Hurt yourself. If you're finding it hard to knock yourself out before your bike is knocked out, turn bike damage off in the menu (leave rider health on). Deliberately crash in the most injurious way: some suggested methods include:
-overcook a stoppie (at least 150km/h) by slamming on the front brake and holding the left stick up, until you flip upside down and try to reduce your momentum using your face.
-highside: A high side is when the bike crashes and you are thrown flying... cause the rear wheel to spin while cornering and then let it regain grip, and if the bike straightens up violently enough it'll fling you off.
-crash into something big and hard like a barrier.
I did this with a quick race on Assen, because it's my favourite track. After the first set of corners there's a long straight which then bears to the right. If you carry on straight, however, you'll slam into some barriers and this might finish you off in a single hit.
*author's note: really, don't. I have scars as proof.
