How to unlock the Great work guys! achievement in SBK 2011 FIM Superbike World Championship - Definitive Guide
You have to max out all stats of your bike to 5.0
To increase your stats you have to finish a test with success in career mode.
Do not change teams! Make sure you do not fail your team goals otherwise you will be sacked.
Start your career with a STK bike. Sign a contract for 1 year. You have to finish every test with success.
After the first season, change to a team in WSS class. Sign a contract for 1 year. You have here too finish every test with success.
After the second season, sign to a SBK team and stay with that team for the rest of your career. Successfully finish every test and the achievement should unlock when all stats are at 5.0
When I changed classes, I made sure I had in total the same stats. I did not sign with a team who's stats were lower in total than I already built up.
Upgrade tests:
Engine: Reach the maximum speed for the required amount of laps.
ECU Engine Control Unit: Stay above the minimum speed for the required amount of laps.
Braking System: Finish the lap in the give time and make sure your braking time do not exceed the time allowed.
Chassis: Finish the lap in the give time and make sure your sliding time do not exceed the time allowed. Be careful not to skid to much.
One major hint: make sure your simulation level is at least "medium" otherwise "auto brake" will be on and you will have to much difficulties with the "Braking System" tests.

It works same way here as in SBK X.
You can set weekends without practice session, this way you will have test session during qulif and less to ride.
Starter SBK bike of one of better teams in season 3 has higher stats that upgraded WTK bike after first 3 seasons.
Bike start with 1.0 stat and for each ef next main levels it need 1 more upgrade to move to next level - for example:
1.0->1.1->2.0 - 2 points/test sessions
2.0->2.1->2.2->3.0 - 3 sessions
3.0->3.1->3.2->3.3->4.0 - 4 sessions
4.0->4.1->4.2->4.3->4.4->5.0 - 5 sessions
etc, for level 5.0 you need total of 14 upgrades/test session and no matter which bike class you pick there is always 7 test sessions per season so before signing new contract check team bike stats by pressing X, count how many upgr. points they used and compare it to your current bike. Sign contract only when new bike has been upgraded more then yours.
This is how I signed contracts:
Season 1 - STK
Season 2 - WSS
Season 3 - WSS/SBK (if there is SBK team with more upgr. points spent than your current bike but propably there won't be)
Season 4-8 - At season 4 you should get offer from one of top SBK teams, remain with same SBK team as in S3 or pick new if there is is one with more points used.
This way you will get all main career chieevos and fully upgrade your bike in 1 run. You should fully upgr. SBK bike in middle of last season so you can miss max 1-2 test sessions.

You have to do every test the game wants you to do. In my case I started a new career. First played one season STK then one season WSS. When finally reached SBK I joined the BMW S1000RR Team (don't know the name...) and made every test (Do NOT change the team). I guess it's 7 tests in one season. In the last season (year 2018) I completesdthis achievement in the last 2. qualifiying.
Good luck ;)

If you are in the situation, where you only need this specific achievement, then read this please.
I messed up going for this achievement, while I was on my first playthrough, so I thought about a little different approach, without having to go through all the SBK double races again.
First of all start a new career and choose the Lammert Motorsport Team with the BMW S1000 RR, as they have the best overall upgrade stats for their bike.
Set the difficulty to easy, choose race and qualifying only, 5% race distance and deactivate all rules for faster progression.
Then just continue watching out for the red banner in the loading screen, where it says something like "Test in upcoming session available". (I played the german version, so unfortunately I dont know the exact english expression)
If there is a test available, try to fulfill the requirements and you receive your upgrade.
If there is no test available, then just skip to the race and try to win it.
There are always 7 test sessions per season and you have a frame of 8 seasons to fully upgrade your bike.
Try to always win each championship and stick to the STK-class. You can skip the last one or two races of each championship, depending on if you have 25 or 50 points more than the guy who is second on the leaderboard.
You need to stay with this team the whole time and will receive your final upgrade around the second test session of the 2018 (the last) season, provided you have completed every test successfully.
Reason for this method is : when you stay in the STK-class you only need to go through 10 single races each season, instead of 14 or 16 double races when you choose to continue to drive in the SBK-class. This is obviously much faster.
