SBK 2011 FIM Superbike World Championship

This was slightly confusing, so I'll paraphrase FOXHOUND MGS4's solution from xbox360a.org:

On the main menu, go to Xbox Live, then Leaderboards, then Time Attack Records.

You don't even need to pick a track, just scroll straight down onto the leader board, pick someone off the list and push Y to 'Download Ghost'.

Once the download is finished and the game saves the data, the achievement will unlock.
