How to unlock the This is how you play this game achievement in SBK 2011 FIM Superbike World Championship - Definitive Guide

To make it easy on yourself, set up a Race Weekend with the following:
-class as STK (so only one race)
-opponents to beginner
-track to Monza (mostly straightaways and sweeping bends)
-race length to 5% (one lap on Monza)
-weather to sunny (grip!)
Everything else is up to you... team and bike shouldn't matter, and turning off race penalties shouldn't matter either as on Monza there's not many corners you can cut without losing time.
Now, go and qualify... in the main race you'll only have one lap so you don't want to have to fight through the pack if you can help it. Make sure you get the engineer to put the qualifying setup on your bike.
Qualified? You're probably in first, as your opponents are absolutely terrified due to their beginner status. Go race.
Oh, look at that, you've won. Achievement unlocked.
Didn't win? Kept crashing? Remember that in full simulation you have to take it more gently around the corners than in low or medium. Never give it full throttle in a corner, and be careful about fully cranking yourself over while turning.

This one was positive buggy for me. I don't know if it's a general glitch. My settings were full simulation, 5% monza, race only, wet, opponents beginner, SBK bike (Xerox Ducati), my driver.
I choose the wrong weather and crashed in the first chicane, so I quit out because I wanted to change to weather to sunny. Achievement unlocked upon quitting. I guess I'm lucky...

In order to pop them all, do the following:
Edit your rider so he is wearing the Flaming Helmet
Go to Race Weekend and select Monza as your track
Set the difficulty to Beginner and laps to 5%
Set the Simulation level to Full at start the weekend
When the weekend starts, go straight onto the track during the free practice and then come straight into the pits as soon as you gain control of the bike, this gets you

Next go to the Bike Settings and change something, I choose Gears and moved 6th up by 1 spot.
Exit that menu then go into Data and save your change, this will unlock
The Save now, ride later achievement in SBK 2011 FIM Superbike World Championship worth 8 pointsSave a bike setting.
Back out from the Bike Settings menu's, but stay in the garage and this time go to the Engineer option.
Select Technical Meeting and you will unlock

Back out of that menu but remain in the garage.
Next you have a couple of options, if you are feeling confident on your ability, you can go to the Sessions option and jump to Race 1, or if you prefer spend some time in the free practice session to gain some experience of racing on Full Sim mode.
When you start Race 1, hit the Start button to pause the game and go into Photo mode and press A to take a snapshot and save the image, this will unlock
The Say "Cheeeese" achievement in SBK 2011 FIM Superbike World Championship worth 13 pointsSave your first picture in Photo Mode.
Keep repeating this process until you have 20 saved photos and you will unlock
The Secret Achievement achievement in SBK 2011 FIM Superbike World Championship worth 21 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
Now return to the race and win it, this will then unlock
