You must obtain 100 visual items (cosmetics) through normal means. Note that pre-order items or items marked with an asterisk * DO NOT COUNT for the achievement.

I dont understand : i have more than 100 items and it doesnt unlock...:(

Possibly glitched then? See if it unlocks later. Otherwise, make sure you’ve definitely got more than 100. If you do, sell some off until you have 99, then purchase another
