In this video guide I will show you how to collect all Mysterious Text Data. You will be able to collect these once you reach phase 7 and return to the Old OSF Hospital. They are spread out throughout three floors. I will be grabbing them in order, once you get the 10th one the achievement will pop.

To note, I've finished the game as Kasane and do not have a travel point for Old OSF Hospital so this is probably Yuito specific.

During Phase 7 you will return to the Old OSF Hospital. Spread across the 3 floors are 10 pieces of data needed for this achievement. They appear on the minimap the same way items do although when you encounter them in the world they will be yellow instead of green. Simply find all 10 before heading to the objective on Floor 3 and the achievement will unlock.

*I'm playing through Yuitos story so can't confirm whether this achievement is Yuito specific or not.

It can be done in Yuito’s playthrough even if you finished Phase 7 already! You can go back to Old OSF Hospital whenever it’s possible and collect the 10 pieces of data. I did it while I was on Phase 9

I went back after beating the game with my clear data and was able to get the one I was missing

Believe this is only in Yuito's playthrough. Kasane doesn't visit the old OSF hospital until

This trophy is only available as Yuito. You can begin going for this trophy during Phase 7 when you revisit the Old OSF Hospital. As you progress you will see supplies on the map (Green icons) as you would in any area, but this time they represent yellow boxes which contain the Mysterious Text Data. Approach these yellow boxes and collect them by pressing

. Make sure to collect them as you proceed through the area. There are a total of 10 to find, they're all visible on the map, and they are all accessible right away with your current SAS abilities. They also appear in order so, for example, if you found #1 then find #3, you missed #2 in an area you just passed. Simply find and collect all 10 Mysterious Text Data to receive this trophy.
