Not sure why the other guides make this sound so involved. Thanks for the easy solution, confirmed did not need to hit an enemy, just quickly used all four in succession. Just for reference, the four I used that unlocked it were Hanabi, Tsugumi, Luka, and Kasane on a Yuito playthrough.

This achievement will require you to hit Bond Level 3 with 4 different companions in order to obtain this.
Slot the combo visions in once you’ve met the pre-requisites. To use a combo vision, press:
LB + B/A/Y/X
Each combo vision will use around 60% of a companions SAS gauge. Do 4 combo visions in one combo string, one after the other. To unlock this.

This was harder than it seems to me. As it turns out, once a combo vision is activated, you want to immediately ready the next one so that you won't switch back to Yuito/Kasane throughout the process. (I could be wrong though)

As mentioned by Ruins: I unlocked this after doing them back to back rather than in one generalized combo.
Also If you get an enemy stunned after destroying their crush gauge you can use all 4 easily since they’re temporarily invulnerable and immobilized

In this video guide I will show you how to activate 4 different combo visions in 1 combo. First thing you will need to have four teammates to bond level three before you can attempt this.
