Struggle Arms System (SAS) are sets of abilities that can be used to your advantage against enemies. You can equip up to 4 in each of the button binds but you need the companions first.
RB + A/B/X/Y will trigger an ability, you do not need to use those on enemies, you can just keep spamming the ability on/off using RB + secondary button until its gauge runs out, then move onto the next ability. Takes around 2 minutes.

You will likely obtain this trophy naturally as using SAS is a core gameplay mechanic used throughout the game. SAS is the Struggle Arms System which allows Yuito and Kasane to borrow their team members' abilities and use them as their own. This is done by holding 
then pressing a corresponding face button with the ability you would like to use. Simply use SAS over 100 times to obtain this trophy.
