This doesn't unlock until after the final credits, so don't be concerned if they start rolling and this hasn't unlocked. But also don't turn off your console just yet!
After the credits, you will have an opportunity to speak to the main characters in the game. Once you speak to Yuito / Kasane (whichever you are not playing as) and say that you are ready, the final cutscene will play and the achievement will unlock.
