How to unlock the Trusted Ally achievement in SCARLET NEXUS - Definitive Guide

Guardian visions become available once you obtain a level 2 bond with any companion character. A guardian vision is triggered at random when you are taking damage, you’ll know when it happens because the screen will flash purple and that particular companion will jump in to absorb the damage for you (They have to be in your party during the mission). Play naturally as you’re guaranteed to unlock this.

In this video guide I will show you how to initiate a guardian vision for the first time. For this to happen you will need to reach bond level 2 with an ally. Each time you go back to the hideout make sure to talk to all allies to see if there's a bonding for them. Also make sure to check messages and reply to those as well. Once you reach bond level 2 with an ally, make sure they are in your party for combat. Now at random that ally will jump in and block a hit for you. It is random so it make take a bit. Once you see your ally jump to your aid, the achievement will pop.

Guardian Visions are available after an ally reaches Bond Level 2. Guardian Visions are random occurances where a vision of an ally will appear and block a hit you would have otherwise taken. This happens randomly so just play the game and you will no doubt receive this trophy as you play.

At level 2 or higher of connection with an ally, during an enemy attack, a vision guard may be accidentally activated, which will cancel damage to your character. The probability of triggering increases with the level of the unit (it rises provided that the level of communication with all allies is increased).
