This one is fairly easy. When you enter the second area of Kunad Highway, the “Junction” area in particular. Progress forward a little until you reach an intersection, you’ll only be able to go left or right.
Do not go left, instead go right. Avoid the enemies, right by the end is a bus which will have the LT button prompt to use. Simply hold LT, and then control the bus using LS and drive straight and then keep right as there will be easily 10+ you can splatter with the bus. Once you know you’ve killed at least 5 enemies with the bus, press LT to finish the ride and you’ll unlock the achievement as soon as you jump off.

In this video guide I will show you how to defeat 5 enemies with 1 bus. The first time you can use busses is the on the Kunad Highway in the Junction section. At the T-intersection there will be three busses in different areas. Use the bus to the right as soon as you get to the intersection. This will take you down a ramp full of enemies and the achievement will pop with hardly any effort.

Enemies are defeated usually in 1 hit and the game lines them up nicely for you, so this should be little to no trouble. You can revisit Kunad Highway during later phases as well, so don't worry if you do not get this immediately.
